NEW THIS YEAR! NGCOA member MCOs and TROs receive one (1) complimentary MCOR19 full registration for their top executive (we welcome and encourage additional colleagues at the standard rate). If your company is not a member, you can join today and send one top executive to MCOR19 for free.

HOTEL INFORMATION

The NGCOA has secured the following room rates for MCOR19 attendees and sponsors:

• Inland View: $232 / night

• Water View: $346 / night

• Water View w/ Balcony: $384 / night

You must book your hotel room(s) directly with the Monterey Plaza Reservations Department at 800-334-3999 no later than June 18, 2019 at 4:00pm.

Please reference the National Golf Course Owners Association when you make your reservation; you must guarantee your reservation with a credit card which will be charged your first night’s room and tax. A $29.00 resort fee will be added to your room account daily to provide 24-hour valet parking with in and out privileges, high-speed wireless internet access in your guestroom, full use of the spa’s fitness center and whirlpool tubs, unlimited local calls, and a newspaper delivered to your room daily.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If received in writing on or before July 3, 2019, a $75 administration fee will be applied. There will be NO refunds for registration cancellations after July 3, 2019.
